Update on real estate issues and housing legislation

President Bush signed the 2008 Housing and Economic Recovery Act into law during July,  creating hope and options for people that signed up for loans with terms they often didn't fully understand. 

Over the last few weeks, I have been speaking at meetings and to small groups, discussing the details of the 260+ pages of legislation;  Helping the people most often in contact with the homeowners struggling to pay their mortgages to be aware of some of the options now available.

Many of the details of this Act need to be set in place.  Act updates and developments will be posted here along with other legislative items of interest.
